Slicemaster 6000 Internal Error Traceback

I'm using SmartSDR 2.3.9 with Slice Master 6000 0.10.5e. Been working great then out of the blue Slice Master is failing to connect with SmartSDR returning an "internal error Traceback (most recent call last): File "slice_master.py", line 126, in tick, file "slice_master.ph", line 473 in select_radio, file "slice_mster.py", line 195 in connect_radio, file "site-packagesflexflex.py", line 463 in connect, file "site-packagesflexflex.py", line 533 in wait_for_status, file "site-packagesflexflex.py", line 596 in read, file "site-packagesflexflex.py", line 651 in parse_reply, IndexError: index error out of range.
It looks like SmartSDR thinks Slice Master is connected, it's showing the "client connected from IP" popup. But Slice Master is showing <no connection>.
Appreciate any advice! Thanks, Peter K8PJK

I have had that happen to me.
I just restarted SliceMaster and sometimes SSDR and it keeps working.

Hi Peter,
If you would send me a zip file of your Slice Master config folder, I can take a look at the logs and hope for some clues. Just navigate to
C:Users<your user name>AppDataLocalK1DBO
then right-click on slice-master and select 'Send toCompressed (zipped) folder'. This will create a zip file that you can then attach to an email. The start up splash screen shows an email address for support.
Thanks.
