Two times recently I have had orders from Flex that I needed help with to ensure they were shipped properly.  On one occasion I needed to change the shipping destination to my P.O. Box, and in the other I had to change the carrier.  In each instance, Dawn returned my email quickly and made the necessary changes in an expeditious manner.  Excellent customer service.  She's a real gem, and IMHO deserves a raise! ;-) -- 73 de Carl N8VZ

    I work with Dawn all day long.  Her and Katie run flat out all day making sure everything that moves through the shipping dock is on track.  

    We couldn't have a better team there.

    Met Dawn and Micheal both at Dayton this year, Dawn took time while there to check the status of my order and they were very busy, a few days later when I got my new rig, Dawn even placed a note in it remembering me from Dayton and I couldn't tell you how many folks she met and talked with there it. She's has very good Great customer service skills.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
