Dawn Patterson is a gem!
Two times recently I have had orders from Flex that I needed help with to ensure they were shipped properly. On one occasion I needed to change the shipping destination to my P.O. Box, and in the other I had to change the carrier. In each instance, Dawn returned my email quickly and made the necessary changes in an expeditious manner. Excellent customer service. I work with Dawn all day long. Her and Katie run flat out all day making sure everything that moves through the shipping dock is on track.
We couldn't have a better team there.

Met Dawn and Micheal both at Dayton this year, Dawn took time while there to check the status of my order and they were very busy, a few days later when I got my new rig, Dawn even placed a note in it remembering me from Dayton and I couldn't tell you how many folks she met and talked with there it. She's has very good Great customer service skills.2
