Ok Flex!! You need to install a N+1 fully redundant system! We need 99.99% reliability just like the Internet ringed metro network!!

Thanks guys looks to be up
Would be nice to have a N+1 redundant server somewhere else in the country though.

But naturally he runs his radio from work. I worked KH1 yesterday from my office in Stockholm - CW ofcourse, just as it should be.

Any update on this?  I'm still unable to remote into station from either desktop or iOS devices.

I can log in, but can't see my radios.  They all work on my local network, but not SmartLink.

    Still works here.
I did have to re-register my 6600M but my 6700 stayed registered so maybe try re-registering the Radio and log out and back in on the IOS device to see if that will fix it for you.
The server has been up since about 17 hours ago when I checked it as far as I can tell.

    Should I re-register my radios????

Maybe the SmartLink radio database died and needs re-populated?

I'll have to go home for that!

    What did they find out?

    I did.  Same problem.

    "Discovering" forever.

I tried clicking the Unregister button.  I get "Radio is connecting to SmartLink servers.  Please wait...", then 20 seconds later,  "Radio registration unsuccessful, could not access SmartLink server."  So re-registering isn't possible either.

Is the SmartLink server in an odd location with broken peering issues?

That might account for why some people have success and not others, depending on individual ISP connections?

Probably not, since AT&T, Verizon and Cincinnati Bell are all problematic for me.

Still no connection for me. This was my maiden voyage to. Haven't been able to connect all day!

Same here and it's quite a while since the problem surfaced. Time for a trouble ticket!

The issue was solved for me by cold re-booting the radios.

I saw this suggestion in another thread that I wish I had found earlier.
