new turf file uk

I am in need of a new turf file for a Flex-1500 i bought privately, do i get one from Flex or from a main dealer in the UK? Serial is 0513-2779 bought as i understand it from a UK dealer originally. The unit hasn't been used for a while and does not have the up to date bands ok

    Your best bet is to open a Help Desk ticket

    Only Flex support staff can solve your issue. The TURF file is unique to the radio serial number.

    got sorted super quick, sent the same comment to a uk stockist and they sent the turf file within an hour. Used it fine but whats strange is 60m is showing receive only but if i hit tune it tunes. 60m is allowed in the UK

    Check your transmit bandwidth and make sure you are exactly on frequency and correct mode. Ifbandwidth too high you will be out of band Dave wo2x

    You need to reset your database to factory defaults to get the new band plan.

    Do a factory reset.  It is done from the main window of the Setup window.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
