I am in need of a new turf file for a Flex-1500 i bought privately, do i get one from Flex or from a main dealer in the UK? Serial is 0513-2779 bought as i understand it from a UK dealer originally. The unit hasn't been used for a while and does not have the up to date bands ok

Your best bet is to open a Help Desk ticket

Only Flex support staff can solve your issue. The TURF file is unique to the radio serial number.

Check your transmit bandwidth and make sure you are exactly on frequency and correct mode. Ifbandwidth too high you will be out of band Dave wo2x

You need to reset your database to factory defaults to get the new band plan.

Do a factory reset.  It is done from the main window of the Setup window.
