SSDR V 2.0.17 kills CAT

I just upgraded my Flex 6300 on Windows 7 to V 2.0.17 and all went smoothly. It seems to be operating normally except that connections to CAT do not work. I did the Cold Boot after upgrading as instructed in the release notes, and also ran the utility to reset the unused com ports.
When I try to connect WSJT-X or SmartSMeter they show up properly in the CAT window under the proper port, but WSJT indicates a Hamlib error: Communication timed out while opening connection to rig.
It all worked perfectly prior to the upgrade. Anyone have any suggestions?

Utility to reset com ports? I'd love to know about that.
Thanks and 73, Bob WK2Y

OK, I was able to resolve this by going back and deleting all com ports again. Seems to be working well now.0
