SSDR V 2.0.17 kills CAT

I just upgraded my Flex 6300 on Windows 7 to V 2.0.17 and all went smoothly.  It seems to be operating normally except that connections to CAT do not work.  I did the Cold Boot after upgrading as instructed in the release notes, and also ran the utility to reset the unused com ports.

When I try to connect WSJT-X or SmartSMeter they show up properly in the CAT window under the proper port, but WSJT indicates a Hamlib error: Communication timed out while opening connection to rig.

It all worked perfectly prior to the upgrade.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
