Which Mic method do you find has less latency

For those using SSB remote on their own LAN which method of providing Mic audio to the remote radio do you find easiest or has the lowest latency?

1: Using a mic connected via a local Maestro?

2: Using a mic connected via usb to the local operating position PC?

I have all the radio equipment out in the back "He Shed" and use a Morconi unit for CW but have no method yet for SSB.

Thanks for any suggestions

    I think you'll find that all MIC methods on a SmartLink connection is well less than 100ms. Given that it is on a local Lan, it is likely less than 10ms.

    I would be surprised even at 200ms that typical HF SSB operations would to impacted.

    Is there a problem you are trying to solve or is this just hypothetical?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
