JJFlexRadio 4.1.15

JJFlexRadio 4.1.15 — Complete UI Rebuild

The biggest release in JJFlexRadio's history. Twelve sprints of work since the Birthday Release.

Highlights

  • Complete UI rebuild — entire app rebuilt from WinForms to WPF for dramatically better screen reader support
  • Native Win32 menus — menus that actually work with JAWS and NVDA (third time was the charm)
  • ScreenFields panel — expandable categories for hands-on radio control without menu diving
  • PTT safety system — Ctrl+Space hold-to-talk, Shift+Space lock, TX health monitoring, chirp tones
  • Band jumping — F3-F9 for ham bands, Shift+F3-F6 for WARC, with per-band/mode frequency memory
  • License-aware tuning — band edge warnings and optional TX lockout by license class
  • Filter edge adjustment — sculpt individual filter edges with bracket keys
  • Settings dialog — proper tabbed settings under Tools → Settings
  • Profile Report — side-by-side comparison of your radio profiles
  • Audio overhaul — NAudio-based earcons and tones with persistent mixer
  • SmartLink connection race fix — remote connections now work reliably every time
  • Panadapter braille display — band activity on your refreshable braille display

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
