Cannot creat a Help Desk Ticket

Last week my flex 6700 worked with SmartSDRv.4.1.5 but yesterday and today, the SDR keeps trying to connect to my 6700 but will not. I have disconnected then re connected everything many times yesterday and today but it still will not connect. So today i tried to send a help desk request. I spent 18 minutes filling out the request time and time again and it kept re cycling me through it saying SmartSDR v.4.1.5 is invalid. Very frustrating! I have tried many ways to reach Flex Radio Systems via telephone but cannot find a way to speak to a real live person. No replies to messages.

So I have a Flex 6300 that I have been using for POTA, etc. It has worked well with my laptops with prior versions of SmartSDR but I have installed the 6300 in my hamshack and SDR v4.1.5 cannot update to the 6300. So I tried to create a help desk request and I cannot get it to accept the request. Super frustrating.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
