ptt foot switch for pc

i think this bit of hardware would be popular. I tried making my own using rs232 and the mouse detect signals, using third party fr stacks, and it worked, part of the time. not sure why it was not always detected by the pc. would be great if there was just a plug and play cord, module, or some dongle you can attach your own foot switch, etc on a remote pc. vox is kinda bad for me getting an online meeting, etc I may accidentally tx the others.
PS, I have the flex control, but for some reason, it also doesn't get detected every time. different pc, so not the pc.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
