SmartSDR for Mac -- Adjusting tuning rate

I'm getting up to speed on SmartSDR for Mac. So far, the FlexControl doesn't work. Now I've tried the Icom RC-28, which is a very nice device. It does work, but the default tuning rate is far - FAR too fast. I've tried to find where the tuning rate can be adjusted. In the manual, there is this:

However, I cannot find this device anywhere even after searching every menu. If it's here, I cannot find it. Right now, I'm pretty frustrated with this software.

    I don't have the RC-28 but you can control the tuning rate, in general, by setting the step-size parameter for each slice. Mouse and Trackpad have separate settings for sensitivity should you revert to those tuning devices.
