Flex 6500: Frequency is drifting downwards....

My Flex 6500 has the following problem:

When switched on and operated via SmartSDR, the frequency constantly drifts downwards.

Does anyone know about this issue with the Flex 6500:

The frequency adjusts itself because the device registers phantom activations at the up/down button connections on the microphone plug. I solved this by soldering two wire bridges from the up/down pins to ground. This keeps the levels at the up/down pins permanently at a defined level, and the frequency remains stable.

    please open a support ticket. this is abnormal.

    Also, make sure you have updated to the latest software.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
