Maestro Black square and no sound-pan adapter

I have seen several posts of this and the picture of the black square in the Pan adapter is the same as I get. So I change my MTU like all the other posts, went all the way down to 1300 and no change when I connect normal smartlink or low bandwidth option.

Test from smartlink setup on the maestro shows green.

But, when I go into Network diagnostics, it shows Excellent latency averages around 12ms. But the really strange thing is dropped packets : 0 out of 0 packets dropped.

    Please open a support ticket. But, it sounds like something is blocking the communications on your network.

    Thanks Mike - problem went away after upgrading to 3.10.10 from 3.9.19. By the way love your videos, Yes no other vendor does this level of support.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
