Ah, I haven't mastered the art of sending photos with my questions. I am just as confused on putting plugs into the Maestro. I saw a few earlier posts on this topic, but they seemed to be different from my position. Could somebody please tell me what goes where? I assume I need an adapter of some kind but that is as far as I have got.

    Many thanks.

If that was a Flex supplied headset, they sent the wrong one.. Open a help desk ticket.
