3.9.18 SmartSDR Windows Install crashes

6600M. I updated the radio via the front panel. Went to update SmartSDR on Windows and the installer crashes after I click through all the install options.

Windows 11. I made sure all the recent Windows updates were applied.

Anyone else having this problem? Searching the community here I don't see any similar threads.

Ran the installer from the command line with the /LOG= parameter and it gives me the following (I replaced my username with USERNAME in the text below):

When it runs, a window pops up and goes away quickly, pretty sure it's a command prompt to run the batch file that's at the end of the log.

Resolution: Right click the installer exe and under "Compatibility Mode" click on "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8.
