Hello to all,
with my flex 8400M software 3.9.18 when I go into transmission in the spectrum I see specular peaks I also tried with a dummy load both in ft8 and in SSB.

Those are normal and are not going out on the air. If you check the right side of the waterfall, you can see just how low those signals are and are below -115dB.

All radios do this. We let you actually see what happens before the coax connector.

Mike, wouldn't it be more accurate to say before the filters? That is what I have been told when I questioned the transmit display.

The receive display is the signal that “leaks" into the receiver from the transmitter before the final filters.
