Has anyone run into issues setting up an 8 relay sain smart board to Flex 6400?

When connected to IOS, I can set the assignments no problem and they work when connected to my Windows machine, but I cannot see to make changes to the assignments unless I connect with IOS.

Thanks in advance

Can you show some screen shots of how you have your triggers set up.

It shouldn't matter as to which client as the triggers run on the radio and are set by slice settings.

The relay board does not even show under CAT. My AT Auto also does not show up under CAT but works fine as do the relays after set up with IOS. The Flex control shows up as it is connected directly to the PC.

It isn't a CAT thing and you are looking in the wrong place. It is a USB Cable thing. :)

After you get this far, check out the SmartSDR manual for Triggers.

    Bit Cables are really cool!

That screen shot pops up instantly with IOS. But on the windows machine, nothing. What does show up is a screen that says SmartSDR CAT and this screen shows the Flex Control which is connected directly to the PC. I will get up to date on the screen shot controls and send it to you.

It still sounds like you are looking in the wrong place.

In SmartSDR for Windows, not SmartSDR CAT, look under Settings and then USB Cables.

In the SmartSDR Manual, go to section 34.2.2 for more details.
