New telephone line

Good morning, a few days ago they changed my telephone line and my fixed IP (public). Following this problem Smartsdr no longer connects and I don't know what to do. At home it works but remotely it doesn't. Flex 6300 + Smartsdr 3.8.21

You may need to follow the steps in Chapter 9 of the SmartSDR manual again. Sometimes rebooting the radio and the router resolves it. As well, you do want to make sure that uPNP is turned on in the router.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, you can open a support ticket and we can work through it with you.

it sounds like the ISP swapped your modem for a combo modem/router. Can you describe your network, including model of any new equipment your Internet provider installed recently.

Do you also have your own router? Sounds like two routers on the network with each acting as a DHCP server.

No new equipment installed, Iliad only changed my public IP and the range of ports that I can open and use
