For everyone’s information, Flexradio has transitioned to using Authorize.net for payment processing. You’ll receive an invoice in PDF format that outlines the payment process. After clicking on the payment link, you’ll be redirected to dearsystems.com. Regrettably, I didn’t follow that path. Instead, I created a helpdesk ticket, and they successfully collected the payment. I didn’t consider any other options; I simply did what felt most comfortable to me.

Attached, you’ll find a PDF copy of the invoice for your purchase.  Please take a moment to review it for accuracy.  If everything looks correct, you can conveniently complete your payment by clicking the Authorize.net button within the PDF document.  Authorize.net is FlexRadio’s certified payment processor.

To ensure that your order is shipped without delay, please complete your payment within the next 48 hours.  Once your payment has been received we will contact you within 5 business days to provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.

Trucker, you expect the same thing from the $500.00, but not from three different domains. I ended up opening a ticket requesting a call, and they collected my credit card number and processed the payment while I was on the phone. I’ve already provided all the details in my previous post. By the way, how long does it usually take for them to ship the item after you make the payment?

Yes, FlexRadio uses Authorize.net and DearSystems. Those are valid.

If you are concerned, email "orders@flexradio.com". They only communicate via email. That is the Operations team that sends out the invoices.
