FlexRadio help desk support for European users

I was assisting HA8RD earlier today as his Flex 6600 was crashing with a software crash (power indicator flashing 2 times). I asked him how he gets helpdesk support as he is in Europe and he was unsure. In the end he was able to get his 6600 booted and stable but for future reference, I would be good form him to know how to get support. I searched the FlexRadio website and the community for insight on this and did not find anything although there were references for international sales and repair support. What should I pass along? Does he open a ticket via the support website that we use here in the US or something different?

All he has to do is open a support ticket.

The link is on the bottom of every FlexRadio web page.
