How do I submit a bug report?

I found a bug in both SmartSDR for Windows and on the Maestro. If I create a TX profile with a name of Bob, and then after a while I decide to Reset it to default. I expected that it would revert to the way it was when I created it. It didn't. It changed the name of Bob to "Default", so now I have two Default profiles and I cannot delete either of them.

Best bet is to submit a Help Desk Ticket, let them help you through your difficulty.

I also found that if I create a Mic profile with a name of Mike, and then after a while I decide to Reset it to default. I expected that it would revert to the way it was when I created it. It didn't. It changed the name of Mike to "radiosport WIDE M20." At least this time I could delete it.

I found another problem, well I guess it is a bug, I'm not sure. In the multiFLEX setup there is an option called 'Enable Local PTT for this station ... <Enable>. I assumed that would lock the Windows client out from transmitting, or lock the Maestro out, depending on which way it was set. Turns out it does nothing at all and I can transmit from either client at any time, no matter where this is set.

Is that the way it is supposed to work? I am new to this, I have only been using the radio for one week.

Try loading "Default" That should bring you back.

'Enable local PTT ' determines which Client responds to the Hardware PTT on the back of the radio. It does not lock out keying the other/either client by other means (VOX, PTT via CAT, MOX ).
