How to fix Flex 6700 Error PSL1V0A-0.08 ?

Hello,
We have a problem with our Flex 6700 in our club station. An error suddenly occurred when booting the Flex 6700. During the boot process the error message “Shutting down... ERROR PSL1V0A-0.08” appears on the display.
Switching off via the power button is then normally possible.
What we have tried in the meantime:
- Another power supply unit
- Switch off the power supply completely for some time
- Checked the fuse in the power cable, the 30A fuse on the top and the 5A fuse on the bottom.

Has anyone had this before and been able to solve the problem?

Hi Sebastian, I would submit a help desk ticket.

Look for corrosion on the Power Pole connectors. If that isn't it, then open a support ticket.

The PowerPole connector looks fine. I have opened a support ticket. I'll let you know how it turns out. In the meantime, I am of course grateful for any further tips.

You really can't see the corrosion and using something like DeOxit resolves it. However, this sound like it might require a trip home. The support team will diagnose further.

Yes, it is suspected that the voltage regulator of the 1.0V rail is defective. I have just received an email from the local service center.
