8600 Low Latency for Digital mode and Bandwidth

I was puzzled today to hear RTTY that is out of my bandwidth. Here is a video demonstration:

After looking around I noticed that I cannot hear that RTTY signal if I disable "Use Low Latency Filters for Digital Modes" check box.

Why is that Low Latency check box affect the Bandwidth? It seems like Bandwidth on SSDR is not real but much wider with that option. Or I do not understand the nature of this interaction. What do I miss?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
