    Add Windows 11 ARM Drivers Support for SmartSDR

    Please add Windows 11 ARM driver support for SmartSDR. I recently purchased a new Microsoft Surface Pro 11 table specifically to operate my Flex Radio remotely, only to find that I am not able to use SmartSDR due to lack of driver support. Please add ARM32/ARM64 support for SmartSDR.

    Supporting newer processors in newer handheld Windows computers seems like a strong move both for individual clients and for government clients.
