Do you show your operating status of the SmartLink servers/services somewhere?

Is there a place where I can see the current status of the SmartLink servers/services?
Do you inform publicly about scheduled maintenance windows etc.?

While we have an internal health page, we have not yet shared it with the public.

Since we moved SmartLink to AWS over a year go, it has been rock solid.

All SmartLink does is provide the WAN (outside internet address) and the 2 ports to use to the SmartSDR client. The SmartSDR client then does a direct connection to your router/radio.

If some work for you and some don't, 99% of the time the port forwarding in the router is broken or the radio is not power on. And, the way we designed the radio to work, power cycling the radio will send new uPNP commands to the router to fix things.

If you don't use the fully automatic mode, then you'll have to do some digging on your own. We highly recommend full auto using DHCP or DHCP reservations and uPNP on the router.

I've run 3-4 radios like this for years at the house without issue.

Sorry for the rant! :). If you get stuck figuring it out, you can open support ticket and we will give you a hand.
