Tuner Died after update said it was compete

The program said to upgrade the software. I clicked that button and the window came up to Upgrade. I clicked on UPGRADE. It ran until a box popped up saying it was done. I closed that box as it showed to do. The tuner went back and will not come on.
I have recycled the power several times. I have held down the Bypass/Operate Button while turning on to supposedly do a hard reset.
Nothing happens. It just sits there dark The Internet cable is flashing, so Internet is working. I have Fiber Internet.
PGXL sits with software window saying reconnecting. Not sure why that is.

Any help on how to get the Tuner to work again?

Thanks

Finally was able to get it back up and running. But now: Both of the programs TGXL and PGXL keeps connecting and reconnecting.
Always something in Ham Radio to figure out. System was working good until this latest update of the tuner.

Any Ideas as to why it is reconnecting and Connecting?

what is the DC voltage to tuner? It wants closer to 15 volts. If too low it could be causing the issue.
Check your network switch too. If you have a different switch, try swapping.

    Hi Dave,

The voltage is 14.5. Just network switch out and hooked them to the WiFi eero. Still doing the Reconnecting on Amp and Connecting on Tuner..
Will buy a new network switch next week.
But what is funny, I have not had any problems with the internet connection until this update to the Tuner.
    Thank for the comment

14.5V might be too low. It is much happier above 15V and up to 28V. I run mine at 18V from an old Clock Radio wall cube.

Before you buy anything, try upping the voltage and see if you can ping the tuner on your network.

(Be careful, you want to fix the root cause, not the symptom)
