DAX on all time?

in SmartSDR for Maestro and M models

Just wondering if leaving DAX on all the time is harmful to the Radio at all? I see other flex users on. I have a Flex 8600M on order and waiting for my Radio

    I leave my radio (6600M) on 24x7 with DAX and CAT active and in use by digital programs. Works fine, except maybe once a month it gets weird and I need to reset / restart the radio.

    As a NET Control and active on DX I leave my Radio on my wake times. Then my whole station radio PGXL and TGXL and AGXL all get power down for sleep time.
