FlexRadio customer service is 599

Last night, Saturday, around 6:30 PM Central, I had to open a support ticket for my new 8600. To my surprise, Tim (W4TME) responded in under an hour, providing a thorough set of instructions to resolve the issue.

His solution worked flawlessly, and I couldn’t be more impressed. It seems Flex is in full Hypercare mode for the new 8X00 series!

    actually, I find the whole team VERY responsive and helpful on all the lines — 6xxx, 1500, etc. :-)

    Maybe not THAT quick after hours, but almost always within 24 hours or less.

    That is a reliability issue. There are too many of us humans needing repair whereas Flex radios are on the whole without lifetime problems.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
