RTTY 2kc shift up when tuning.

Running latest up grade. 6600M radio. Went to check tune on antenna for RTTY operation and noticed when tuning either with the radio or TGXL the radio shifts up 2kc. All other modes tune on desired frequency. Running radio in stand-alone mode it does the same thing, a 2kc shift in RTTY mode only. No split or Rit/Xit are on. Before the upgrade when checking tune, It always used the set frequency. Any Ideas?

    This is a known bug that we introduced in 3.8.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
