I just checked it, and I was able to get right in. Are you still having the issue?

Yes.
Maestro & SmartSDR Mac still unable to completely log in.
On Maestro, the radio shows up as "on" and available on the network in the "Select Radio" panel.
When I click on "Info" it shows the radio serial number, ID, IP and firmware version - so I know it is connected and powered on. When I tap on "Connect" button, I get the "Select Version" menu.
When I tap on "Run" the display begins to load (I see the top part of the display (S meters, Menu button, RF Power setting) and the "Client connected from IP ..." box flashes / flickers in the top center of the display, but connection and load never completes.
I get similar results when trying to connect via SmartSDR on both Mac and PC (ie it tries to start, cycles several times, then just quits and finally disconnects).
I am able to run the radio without issue via LAN, just not via the Internet. The broadband network is operating without issue for everything but my remote Flex 6500.0 -
SmartLink is still working for both me and a friend of mine. I'm pretty sure that you have an issue with your network as it relates to WAN connectivity. If you don't get more specific help here, submit a helpdesk ticket.

sounds to me like your port forwarding in your router or SmartLink registration on the Radio got reset some how, I would try on the Lan to make sure Smart Link still connects and you have the Green Ball making sure your Internet Provider / Router hasn't change.

It sounds like you are having some sort of networking issue and the port forwards on the router are not matching up to the radio.
What happens if you run the SmartLink test from the PC inside your network? Do you get a green 'light'?
