Using Google's remote DeskTop how do I get remote audio in and out of the station

I'm using Google's remote DeskTop. I can't get transmit audo from the remote site through the radio.
Any how toos?

I am not sure why you would need the audio from a Remote Desktop.

Run SmartSDR on the PC you are using and us SmartLink. That brings the audio to use.

If for digital modes, run WSJT on the remote computer.

What am I missing?

I just tried to post a comment and guess went to never never land.
I guess I'm the one that doesn't understand.
I've got the station set up in what I call the barn. (it isn't a barn)
I think everything is working. SSB & CW
Of course the station 6600 has its own computer.

Now I go to the house where I'll operate for the most part full time.
My wife has some health problems that aren't going to get any better and finding I'm having to stay pretty close.

So I try to operate from the house using Googles Remote desktop .
I can do CW but only though CWX. I don't care for it but it works for DX and not so well for ragchewing.
I can not do SSB no matter what I've tried. I'm guess I'm not getting SmartLink to work.

Having Tim send me another page number from the users manual and telling me all is well and closing out the case probably isn't going to help this time either.

If you have some one that can get on the phone (847) 910-2344 and a remote desktop might help and be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to take the weekend off and I've got an appointment in Michigan Monday. I'll be hitting it hard starting Tuesday.
The firmware updates didn't help me either. I can't get the PGXL to light off now. When it starts up I get a red Configuration Fail alert. I've just notice on the PGXLs screen Vdd 0.0v and Vac 244v Hmmmmmm

Hey, If you'll let me in the door I'll come to Texas and bring the whole station if necessary.

I've got another "DreamStation" I'd like to set up in Wisconsin and possibly a third station at this QTH in Illinois. One thing at a time though.

As many are, I'm waiting for my 8600.

Dave, if both your rig in the barn and the PC in the house are on the same network, I'd suggest installing SmartSDR on the PC. It should find the radio - no SmartLink required. Your audio in/out will then be at the PC. CW is another thing, but like you say - one thing at a time.

That seems to be working. Now I'll see if I can get a logging program, tuner, PGXL and rotator to go with it. TNX

Run your logging program on the PC you use every day. You just need to run SmartSDR CAT as well.

OK Another glitch. I can't get smart SDR to give me a green light.

I just talked to ISP and they say I am not double or multi natting.|

Can I get maybe some phone support here?
