check under SmartLink setup test button if it comes up green. If not, then several things. Check if router Universal PNP (UPNP) is enabled. If it does not support UP P then follow one of the many videos to check your port forwarding to radio’s internal IP address. Maybe radio IP on LAN changed.
What are you using for Internet access from remote client? T-Mobile has started blocking VITA49 UDP traffic. I switched my cell service to Verizon last week because of this. (Got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max out of deal).

Dave,
Thanks, My remote has been operating fine for the past 4 years till today. The radio is fine as I can use the remote PC to operte it using smart sdr. None of my remote devices will connect although the radio shows up as being on smartlink. but the test (red light) shows failure. My ports have been, and are still TCP 21000 to 4994, and UDP 22000 to 4993.
The only change yesterday is that the home owner where my remote station is installed his Icom 9700 to be able to remote into it. He is using ports 50001- 50003. do you think this is my problem?

We have been on it non-stop all day without issue here at the Huntsville Hamfest.
I checked out status page and there has not been a single hiccup in well over 90 days.

I would say the homeowner “pooched” the network somehow.
That is usually 99.9% of the problem when only one person is experiencing an outage. The question is, what did the homeowner unplug in order to plug in his Icom? Or what settings did Icom change in the router? If you are not using DHCP reservations or static IPs then sometimes changing a config and rebooting the router can cause the radio to get a different IP.
if you have access to the homeowner’s router, check radio IP and make sure the SmartLink port forward rules in router are still there and pointing at the Flex radio IP.0
