Blank login window in Smartlink

I've a Windows PC where I cannot see inside login window.

When I clink on "Log In" I see this:

What I can do?

    Has there been any development with carsco's issue in his posting? I've had this same exact problem since April 2023, when Ken & I tried several things back and forth under ticket #58141 and never really found the answer.

    I spoke to someone at Dayton 2024 as well--forget the name. He thought it might be some access issue to the SmartLink server but I didn't write down the IP address he said. I saw other postings as well here asking about the IP addresses but no replies. I tried removing software I thought might be interfering with the network and that's not it.

    This is literally the only software I've tried that does not work on my PC. Others can say it's my PC (or carsco's) but now that someone else has the same problem--it's not just my/our PC.

    If you find out something please post it here so we can all solve it. Thanks!

    I haven't investigated further and I still have the same problem on the same machine.

    I THINK it's a default browser problem on the PC.
    Try installing Chrome (for example) and making it the default browser.
    If Chrome is the default browser, choose another one.

    Also try completely resetting the browser settings.

    Smartlink access is web-based and what you see in the window comes from a browser.
    If the browser has reasons not to work, Smartlink doesn't work either.

    Thanks carsco and Mike for your update. For now I've deleted the SSDR software since I've been changing the Sound settings in the control panel; sometimes I will get a BSOD from the portcls.sys driver. Without SSDR, computer is 100% solid and does not BSOD. I don't have a FLEX myself and can use RustDesk as a work-around for remote control.
    I would try another ticket Mike, but since I don't know the name of that "one guy" whom knew the IP address of the SSDR server, I generally get the reply back about clearing out your browser cache, resetting the network settings, the generic stuff. That probably works for most people, except for carsco and myself.
    I'll check back here occasionally to see if someone has figured it out, or if FLEX comes up with some future patch. The answer is there :) we just haven't found it yet.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
