DAX audio on slice A not functioning

Hello to the group. Developed an odd glitch today, I cannot get Slice A audio, DAX to light up blue. It tells me there's NO Slice. It will work when Slice B is engaged.

I've rebooted the router, the 6400M, downgraded and upgraded from 3.7.4, then down then back up again. Running SmartControl on the PC working normally.

The computer's devise manager tells all the DX audio is working properly.

I use the 6400M as a standalone mostly for digital. Suggestions?
