Here’s How It Works:

First, if you have filed a trade in request via the web page, you will have received a direct email from us just recently.

Valuation Process: We will provide a detailed valuation of your current radio 30 days prior to shipping your new FLEX-8000 series order. This ensures you have ample time to make an informed decision and to follow the current market values.  As well, you get to keep your radio until yours is ready to ship.

Refundable Deposit: To schedule your trade-in and secure your valuation, a fully refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your interest and ensures a smooth transition to your new FLEX-8000 series radio.

Trade-In Benefits: By participating in this trade-in program, you not only enjoy the latest in radio technology but also receive a fair market value for your existing equipment, making the upgrade more affordable.

Next Steps:

Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll provide a detailed valuation of your current radio 30 days before the shipment of your new FLEX-8000 series.

For the moment, this is how we need to proceed.  I know a number would like a dollar value to move forward without placing a deposit.  Due to the volume of requests, we need to manage it this way and we thank you for your patience.
