Maestro C speaker mute when using headset
I read in the manual that plugging in a headset will automatically mute the Maestro speaker. That does not happen for me. Is this a hardware or a software issue?

Thanks for the details. That took some digging to find and we missed it when we added all the Model C differences.
Unfortunately, that is a documentation error. I have asked for a Documentation bug to be opened for this.

Plugging in a headset does not mute the powered speakers.
This is by design.

Ok so I have to manually disable it on the audio panel.
This is what the manual says:
The inner knob controls the audio level of the associated Slice Receiver. This signal is produced
either at the Maestro front panel speaker or in headphones plugged into the back panel jack. When headphones are plugged in, the speaker is muted.
Note that audio from both of the Slice
Receivers can be mixed into the speaker or headphones.0
