Flex smartsdr frequency memory file

Options

Once again I fell for it. The flex SMARTSDR v3.7.4 program upgrade wiped out my saved frequency table. I rely on that table to make frequent frequency hops as part of a network I am on. This is the second update I have installed that wiped the data out completely. I would go to a saved version/profile and retrieve the table but I cannot determine where the data table is stored. The programmers should be more sensitive to the time it takes to reenter the lost information.

    Did you backup your data prior to the upgrade?

    Update;

    I followed RFord advise and backed up a new profile and verified the cvs file is in there so now i can go back to that profile and reload the frequency list.

    thanks to all who helped with this issue

    I opened a support ticket for this.

    There is something strange related to this. It might even be antivirus related (and that is a wild guess).

    The only time I have ever lost a frequency file is when I did a hard reset on the radio.
