PGXL issue no power output

Hello

Problem with the PGXL, I was on 6m with around 20W and the amp go to "high power" protection! I have a 6ele beam on 6m and no ros or very little.

Now the PGXL no longer have power, I have been then shut down and starting, all the checks are good at start -up, but no output power, if I exit with 60W the TGXL gives me 3W and the PGXL gives 3 watts also, At 20W there are 0 of power. Should I consider that the transistor is out of service? :(

How to be sure?

THANKS

    Good morning
My amp has repaired, he works very well again, he just told me that he was "upgrade", as soon as they have received the spare parts from Montenegro (4o3a), I don't know what parts have been changed, certainly the MRF and other pieces ... I have the impression that there was a defect that seems to be corrected now.
    Thank you, Bruno

I think I'm going to watch for a flex series 8 in the near future :)

If that interests someone, here is the report of repairs:

    Technician has noted:
    • No output power confirmed.
    • Both LDMOS replaced. - Gate of left LDMOS was not proper soldered before.
    • Bias current adjusted.
    • SO2R-module tested at A/B.
    • Remark: temperature of right RF-Core rise up to 100°C on 6m-Band.
    • Upgraded to solve the termic issue.

I understand a little better why he broke down when I was on the 6m band.
