Q5 Signal - 5BVUX 5 Band Transverter - Need a little help perfecting the settings

Ok all. I need a little help and did weeks of searching and found some answers and other answers that were conflicting. So here I am to get these answers nailed down.

First Question: The Transverter manual says 20dB Conversion Gain. Do I need to enter "20" where it says RX Gain (dB) on this setup window?

Second Question: On the ANT option, what do I set that as? I have seen different values and wanted to get a definitive answer on this. I'm typically using FM on this transverter.

I appreciate your clarification in advance on this. Thank you so much!

Don't for get to the the TXIF and RXIF alignment on the Transverter. This is a must do.

The RF Gain is for receiving RF gain. You can safely play with it in all settings. Try it and see what you hear.

    What radio is this? 6700?

ok, that would be if you are using a Split IF it seems.

Are you using Split IF or Common IF?

If Common IF, then make sure your TX and RX antennas are the same (XVTA as example).
