Cannot Connect Remotely on Home Wifi

I am missing something simple. I cannot connect to a remote station with my windows 10 laptop when using my home WiFi. The radio appears in the window of SmartSDR, but when I click "connect" after a few seconds SmartSDR freezes and I have to force it to close.

However, if I use my iPhone as a hotspot for my laptop SmartSDR connects instantly.

What am I missing?

    If it freezes, this is usually a bandwidth related issue.

    Please open a support ticket to diagnose further.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
