Interfacing F 6700 with DX Engineering RTR-2

I consider interfacing both units. Is there someone who has done it already?

In RTR-2 manual there are sevaral remarks made about a proper PTT connection.

All comments will be appreciated.

It has been a long time since I used one, but you just need to connect the RCA PTT to any of the PTT ports on the back of the radio and then go into TX settings and turn that TX port (1-3) on for the bands that you may use the RTR-2 on.

The other thought if you are just using a single RX antenna, you could just use the RX antenna port. On a 6300 you can use the XVTR port.

Unless you are doing a few more things.
