Turn radio on and off

That is not practical, as you would need to leave it on to receive the on/off signal from SmartSDR via SmartLink.
This is the unit that I use to power my 6400 on and off remotely. It connects to the network via WiFi and has a phone app that operates it remotely over the WAN. It is under $20 USD.
I use one channel for remote on/off and the other channels to remotely switch among three antennas.

I turn mine off remotely using a 1216H webswitch and an RCA cable to the Flex6600. Using another cable I can pulse the PTT for remote reset
all 12V

Once we can't get the Digital IO Logger parts, we are likely going to move to this one.
Andy and I have been testing them for a while now.

Mike,
Does that have a published API to talk to it over the network or is it dependent on Alexa? Thinking about Node Red integration. If using Alexa, how do you see current relay status without saying “Alexa, what is the status of relay four?”
With the DLI Web Switch Pro and DLI AC Relays it has both direct web browser access and several APIs available to communicate to it. I like the idea of control and monitoring from a single web browser. The other feature of the DLI Web Switch Pro is ability to monitor Internet connection and power cycle modem and router until the connection returns. This saved my bacon with the Hawaii station. Expensive to fly 5000 miles to reset something.

Just to answer my own questions, the Smart Switch Mike is referring to can be controlled via Alexa, Smart Things, Siri, and Google.
Using the app for the Smart Switch is the easiest method to control it and perfect for 99% of users that just want to turn the radio on remotely or remote key the radio (for SmartLink registration) .
For the handful of users interested in integrating it into a full station control,All of these have HAOS integration. This can be integrated into Node Red via MQTT and other methods.
A nice lower cost solution.
