Maestro unable to connect to 6500 via Smartlink
Since the Smartlink outage and restoration, I have not been able to remote operate my 6500 using my Maestro via Smartlink. The Smartlink setup test passes and my 6500 appears as an available radio on the Maestro. I can select the radio and begin the log on process. The basic SmartSDR display appears showing the last frequency and mode used. No Panadapter display and no audio is present. No problem connecting within my home network. I had no problem using the Maestro via Smartlink before the outage.
Suggestions appreciated.

Hi Bob, are you on version 3.5.9 or 2.10.1? If not, that is likely the problem. If you are already on the latest version, then you might want to submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support will know what to do.

Thanks, Len, for your comments. Yes I upgraded to 3.5.9 on the day it was released.

Bob, I would open a support ticket.
However, when it partially opens as you say, something is blocking the VITA49 UDP packets.
I would try rebooting the radio and the router if you have not done so already.

I have completed all the tasks that Flex support asked me to do (complete rtadio reset, sign out and back in Smartlink account, adjust MTU). Today, I signed out of my Smartlink account and signed back in and I was able to successfully access the 6500 three times. A half hour later, reverted back to original condition (radio available, logged on and only got basic display). Flex was able to access and control my radio with no problem. I am using my T-Mobile Hotspot to access Smartlink. I tried all of my other apps including RS-BA1 to remote my Icom radio and they all behave normally.
Has anyone experienced any problems using T-Mobile for internet access to control their Flex radio.
