In Setup Components DAX and CAT squares are with ticks while SSDR application file are greyed out.

When attempting installation the progress line show no progress ( no green bar) and window closes after a few seconds.

If you're running Windows 11, this is likely a new issue we've encountered recently. We're tracking this issue as SMART-8437. Running the installer in compatibility mode (as Windows 8) seems to work around this new issue.

To use compatibility mode, right click on the installer select Properties. Then on the Compatibility Tab, check the box to use Compatibility Mode with Windows 8 selected (see attached photo).

Give that a try and let us know if that fixes things for you.

Tom, please open a support ticket.

Odds are you'll have to delete the data in %appdata% for SmartSDR. The guys will help you out with it.

Or you can right click on the install file and select Run as Administrator. I had to do that on one of my Windows 11 test computers.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
