For others looking for this answer, here was the answer from the ticket:

    1) From the main "Select Radio" window on the Maestro:

Select the ICON on the lower right.

Select "Log Out" to log the Maestro out of the SmartLink Account.

    2) Also, be sure that you have changed the "Station Name' or Maestro Nickname to something generic that doesn't include your name or call.

Go to "MENU => Maestro" and change the "Station Name" to  "MAESTRO"

(Note, this is different from your RADIO "Nickname" and "Callsign")

For #1, if your Maestro is set to Auto Connect to your radio, you can get back to the "Select Radio" screen by going to MENU => Maestro and choosing the Change Version or Change Radio option.
