A blank screen at boot up?
The 6400M has done this twice now.
I always shut off the 13.5 VDC power supply after the radio has shut down for safety reasons.
At boot up I have gotten a blank screen with the green power button flashing with nothing happening. The radio is NOT hooked to the internet or a computer.
It is hooked up via the supplied HDMI cable to a monitor.
I started a ticket several days ago with no reply.
No idea why it is doing this.

If you didn't get a reply, then our helpdesk system didn't receive your request. I can't do search as your posting here is pretty anonymous.
https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new is the link you want to use.
Also, make sure you follow this process when starting your M model up:

Thank you for the reply.
This time I did wait the 45 seconds ( actually over a minute and a half ) after shutting the radio off before shutting of the 13,8 power supply. The "instructions" say to leave the power supply turned on but that is a bad idea at my 7,000 feet ASL with weather and brown outs.
Even after almost two minutes after shutting down the radio, I turned off the power supply and the radios power button flashed RED twice and the radios speaker made a noise. Is this normal? Will this cause a problem on the next boot-up?

Hi Rob, Whenever I shut off the power supply feeding my Flex 6400 a few minutes after shutting it off, I get a little fuzzy sounding burp of noise from the powered speakers (powered from the same supply), then the front panel light starts to blink from the low voltage condition, but it only blinks two or three times before there isn't enough supply left to finish the blink sequence.
Long winded way to say that it sounds like your radio is operating normally at shut-down.

Thank you for the reply. I wanted to make sure it was not an issue.
