Smartlink not working
Do you see it normal that FlexRadio users who pay more than €3,000 for a FlexRadio do not have remote service since yesterday?
Many radio amateurs use flex as remotes and it is the only way to make radio they have.
If you had an additional option to your servers, such as the option that each user can host official flexradio software wherever they want to have their own server for remote use, this would not happen.

here's an idea
How about putting a smartlink server status page on the main flex web site. we have been pulling hairs on our end only to finally find this message thread. a status page indicating the servers were down would have been just so helpful.1 -
Lack of professionalism, very bad update and we continue for the fourth consecutive day without being able to enjoy our remote because of FlexRadio.
Is that why I pay €4,000 for a flexradio?
They should be ashamed to have their clients like this without the service they have paid for.0
