Unable to log into Smartlink

I dont even bother with Smartlink. I use Remote Hams. It always works and is never down.

What I can't understand is we are entering the third day of outtage. How many flex engineers does it take to fix a server. Evidently, not enough. Come on guys, unless your server building totally burnt to the ground, I cannot for the love of me understand why it is taking this long to get it back up and running.

Morning ,same problems here in belgium , local works okay ,remote down .I was looking for hours in my setup,router,kabels ,settings ,nothing .Now I see it is a problem at smartlink . They could post a warning ,at least . Thx .Dominic .

Now all you people running Smartlink will have to go to your site to update the radios. As I said get a $400 NUC PC and set it up to automatically come on and run Remote Hams Server.

You can connect to the radio on the client side with a PC, Android phone,MAC. I am connected right now using my Rfinder B1 Ht . . . Hf on my Ht. It has been working flawlessly for over a year now. Remote to my station every day in Mass when in Florida.

No smartlink outages here . . . Don't use it

Upgraded to V3.5.9 still unable to connect to remote radio. Mac apps also show unable to connect to SmartLink

I also upgraded 6700, Maestro and laptop to 3.5.9 and everything is working FB for me, local and remote.

I am seeing very slow link green today with Smartlink, actually running on one PC ok and other is still waiting for green connect button only on SmartDAX Cat and SDR are green

SmartDax timed out on my login after 2 minutes and redid it and still not trimed out but no connection yet

Yesterday 9/14/23, all worked fine using 3.5.9. Today, unable to connect using SmartLink.

In SmartLink Setup, I keep getting "! Not registered for SmartLink. Press 'Register' to enable SmartLink" and "The radio does not have an Internet connection..." Are the SmartLink servers still down or diminished? It would be helpful to have a running status of the SmartLInk problem, which I don't seem to be able to locate.

Same here. 3.5.9 loaded onto my 6600 ok, and radio firmware as well. But unable to sign into SmartLink. Same message: "Not registered for SmartLink. Press 'Register' to enable SmartLink" and "The radio does not have an Internet connection..."

So it's not an issue on my side of the equation. Would have been nice to have the issue resolved before asking all users to update their software and firmware. I guess allowing the CA to expire was a mistake.
